In a women’s prison two offenders are brought before a disciplinary committee headed by a magistrate. The senior officer informs the committee that both girls were found in possession of drugs and are also charged with assaulting an officer. The magistrate decides to set an example of the pair and sentences them to corporal punishment to be administered immediately.
