Peter Cashmore is the boss of successful company and takes a keen interest in recruitment. He makes sure that prospective employees are going to be up to scratch because this firm has a rather unusual disciplinary policy. When Tiffany his secretary makes mistakes she knows she going to get a sore bottom.
