Four girls serving custodial sentences have been sent to the harsh Dunsmoor Reformatory where the regime is strict and if you find yourself on report you can expect no mercy from the Governor, Alec Jardine. The girls are up on charges of the most serious nature including assaulting officers and insubordination. Jardine resolves to make an example of these girls. He elects to punish them himself using Scottish straps and English canes. There will not be another insurrection at Dunsmoor under his watch.
